Tuesday: 10am - 2pm Massage Therapy only, by appointment, Self-Pay* rates apply

Wednesday: 8am - 630pm

Thursday: 10am - 6pm Massage Therapy only, by appointment, Self-Pay* rates apply

Friday: 630am - 12pm

Saturday/Sunday: CLOSED

*Massage Therapy provided by a licensed massage therapist, not a chiropractor, and is not covered by health insurance at this facility.

Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Chiropractor in Lincolnwood, IL, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Website. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Payment Policies

At Lincolnwood Chiropractic Health Center, payment is due at the time of your chiropractic appointment.  We accept most major credit and debit cards.  When applicable, we also accept insurance coverage from leading private insurance carriers.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most PPO insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each service.

Blue Cross Blue Shield (exludes Community Health Plans)

PHCS/MultiPlans

Medicare/Supplemental Plans*

(Medicare coverage is limited to spinal adjustments, examination fees and other service fees will apply.)

 

We also accept Auto Injury and Workman's Comp cases.
